Topic: Hazards

As I was playing D2 today I had an idea for D3, As I was crossing the frozen tundra I walked a crossed what looked like a frozen lake and it got me thinking what if when you walked a crossed frozen lakes and areas like Hell where theres lava everywhere what if there was a chance you could fall through and instantly be killed or go around these hazards and lose lots of time going around.
