I know that some of these issues were probably brought up in the giant DK thread, but honestly couldn't find where it was talked about.

Anyway, I tried tanking today in a random dungeon. I got Neptulon's Rise, and it started off pretty well- I wasn't taking that much damage, the DPS weren't pulling off me too quickly, and the heals rarely had to stop for mana. Then the pally accidentally pulled another group. Things went down, and I ended up rune-locked. I had GCDs to spare, but no runes or RP to do anything with them. Thankfully, the pally kept the mobs off the heals, but still two of the DPS died. Is it just me, or are other tanks seeing this problem with the new rune system and tanking?

One thing I'll throw out there is we're definitely trying to keep the feel of Unholy with a more predictable rotation and Frost with more of a priority system, since what ability to use next can't always be guessed in advance. DKs seem to like those play styles for the two trees respectively.
